We started The Marca Group because we noticed a chasm between what companies needed and what marketing agencies offered. You don't need marketing jargon or creative whimsies and you certainly don't want unnecessarily complex campaigns; you need marketing that is meaningful for your customers while delivering sustained business results.
A career "client-side" (that's agency speak for company) marketer, I've had the opportunity to work for many different types of companies - large, medium and start-ups - within a number of industries - finance, real estate, legal, and internet, just to name a few.
So, what does this mean for you? I've become very agile and responsive. I've learned how to learn quickly and design effectively. Simply put, I've cut my teeth on marketing so you don't have to.And when I'm not geeking out on marketing, I'm certainly not letting the grass grow under my feet. I'm running (yup, a few marathons under my belt), playing tennis and paddle (playing lots, but not sure I'm getting any better), skiing (mostly "groomed granular" for you east-coasters), golfing, and so much more... But most of all, spending time with my family (or more accurately, my wife and I are trying to keep up with our two kids).
