A new AI-based service company with a contact center focus needed a brand name and logo in order to enter the market. After hundreds of names, logo concepts, and brand executions, we wound up with "Untangl". Today Untangl is changing the way companies view the customer experience and employee satisfaction. 

A direct-response marketing franchisee was looking for a website for both lead generation as well as customer engagement. With a wide range of print and digital offerings, the new website enables local and national advertisers to see how an omnichannel marketing strategy should be implemented with Money Mailer.

As a new company, Untangl needed a web presence. We collaborated on the structure and design, wrote compelling content, and built a website wireframe. We continued to work within WordPress to build a mobile-first responsive website for their new customers and prospects. 

A young and successful landscaping company had outgrown its Facebook-only web presence and need a new website. We designed and built a responsive website that enables them to generate more leads, accept payments, and much more. We continue to manage search engine optimization, local placements, and website content updates. 

Seasonal promotions are critical to attracting new businesses for Money Mailer. Several times a year, the Money Mailer franchisee looks to differentiate its offerings from competitors. We assisted with the offering and designed the sales collateral that helped close 34 new advertisers within only three months.

Quick promotional videos for social media can extend your reach and create true customer engagement. To support the direct marketing efforts, we created promotional videos for Money Mailer to boost on Facebook as well as their YouTube channel.
